Somatic Yoga

This practice supports women’s health, pregnancy, birth preparation, post-natal recovery and nervous system regulation. Each session offers intuitive somatic movement and yoga tailored to individual needs and energy levels, cultivating presence, emotional clarity and a deeper connection to the body’s subtle cues. No previous yoga experience is required.
